How to Obtain a QSL Card
1. You MUST provide accurate log data to confirm QSL & obtain a QSL card.
2. You must include: Call sign, date, UTC time, band or frequency, mode and report. If you worked CG7GMT multiple times for band/mode credit you may list them all on one card. One QSL card is all that is needed. Saves time and your postage. Log data is required for all QSL requests.
3. You may send your qsl cards via the bureau but route them to VE7SUN.
4. For mail entries follow the guidelines.
Canadian Stations: include with your QSL card a stamped self addressed envelope. Donations to help cover expenses not necessary but gladly received. Please make cheque out to: Delta Amateur Radio Society.
USA Stations: same as Canadian stations but you may use American postage on your SSAE, or include 1 IRC or 1 green stamp, if you so desire. Not necessary but donations gladly accepted.
DX Stations: Please send your QSL card along with 1 IRC or 2 green stamps. Write your address on the return envelope as if you were sending it from Canada. Please use a good quality business envelope to protect your QSL card. Not necessary but donations gladly accepted.
If insufficient postage included your cards will be returned via the bureau.
5. All Stations address your QSL card requests to:
Delta Amateur Radio Society
1108-56 Street
Delta, BC,
Canada V4L 2A3
6. We are sensitive about mailing costs, so we suggest the following: If a group of hams or a DX club wants to send a large envelope containing multiple QSL cards who have worked the CG7GMT station and a return self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage for return, please do so. Just be sure to include all the information as describe above as if for one QSL card. This is good for DX stations as well.
7. Please ensure that your address is correct and you include enough postage for First Class return. Any cards received via the bureau will be returned the same way.
8. Sit and relax, we'll process the cards as fast as volunteer time permits.
